In 2018, Scotland participated in the innovative domain for the second time - global competence - and this report represents the results of that assessment. 2019-12-04 Those results, released in October 2019, also found that U.S. achievement hasn’t progressed over the past decade and, for low-performing students, was the same as 30 years ago.
